Perfomance Fitness Series Level 1

Participants will combine metabolic conditioning, functional strength training and intervals to optimize fat burning, endurance, stamina, and increase metabolism-burning calories long after the class is over. Class workouts will consist of light lifting, bodyweight movement, plyometrics, circuits, sprints, sandbags, TRX, kettlebells and will incorporate the use of miscellaneous cardio equipment.
