Bigger, Faster, Stronger, Quicker!
An intermediate/advanced strength and conditioning class with cycles broken down into 8-week phases each with their own training goal. Phase 1 will focus on muscular hypertrophy (gain). Phase 2 will focus on muscular strength. Phase 3 will focus on muscular power. Each phase will also have a speed and agility training component as well.
